sQuid Update

Please request a refund on sQuid for any unused dinner money balance before 14th April 2025. sQuid have advised that after this date, charges may be incurred to request a refund. Unfortunately, sQuid are unable to automatically transfer the dinner money balances across, despite our best efforts. Instructions to request a refund are in an attached document below.

Key Information:

  • Please do not top up / add any additional funds on sQuid after 6th March 2025 at 17:00.
  • We advise spending any available dinner money balance on or before 7th March 2025.
  • Information on how to activate your iPay account will be provided on 10th March 2025.
  • Should you have any remaining balance on sQuid after 10th March 2025, parents/guardians will need to request a refund directly from sQuid (instructions attached below). We regret that we are unable to move or refund any monies within sQuid.
  • Trip balances will be transferred by our team internally and will appear in iPay during the week of 10th March 2025.
  • Students will not be refused food during this transition. All catering accounts will have an extended overdraft enabled to ensure all meal transactions continue.
  • We kindly ask that parents/guardians follow the information provided on 10th March 2025 and set up their accounts as promptly as possible. All students will be able to automatically utilise an overdraft for the first week to allow parent/guardians time to set up the new account. Any funds spent on this overdraft will be deducted once your account setup is completed.

Timeline:

  • sQuid will be disconnected from National CofE Academy on 7th March 2025.
  • iPay will go live on 10th March 2025.
  • Registration information will be provided to parents/guardians on 10th March 2025.
  • Trip balances will be added around 10th March 2025. However, we expect this to be completed and visible on iPay by 14th March 2025.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We are working hard to keep the disruption to a minimum. We aim to keep this news article up to date. Please check back regularly for any updates.
