Student Enrichment Opportunities
Within the academy and sixth form we strive to ensure that all members of the National community experience ‘life in all its fullness’. In order to progress from our community it is important that students have a diverse range of experiences beyond their academic programme.
All students will have one session of timetabled enrichment in which we invite external speakers in to deliver inspiring and informative sessions. These offer thought provoking discussion, reflection and independent research, and have previously included safe driving, drugs, safe sex, the importance of voting, banking, higher education and alcohol.
Beyond these sessions we have Academy service, clubs and societies and opportunities for student leadership.
